Mas des Cabres has been producing wine for 4 generations in Aspères .It is located near the foothills of the Cevennes mountains -After many years of sustainable farming , Florent Boutin, the current owner , has decided to convert the Domaine to organic viticulture - It is now certified ( since vintage 2020 )
